We are also delighted to introduce for the first time in Ireland the work of Norbert Schwontkowski. Born in Bremen in 1949 Schwontkowski has achieved critical attention and acclaim in recent years for his highly individual approach to painting. Recent solo shows include Kino at the Kunsthalle Bremen, Brandenburgische Kunstsammlungen Cottbus and the Kunsthalle Erfurt. In 2006 Schwontkowski will present his first solo show in Ireland at the Kerlin Gallery.
